01Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, browsing or using the 33zk platform in any way — whether via web browser, mobile device or any other means of access — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

• If a game is interrupted before completion and the result cannot be determined, the relevant wager will be voided and the wagered amount will be returned to your account balance.
• If a game has concluded and the result has been recorded in our system before the interruption occurred, that result is valid and final.
• In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on your device and our server records, the 33zk server records shall prevail and be deemed accurate.
